What is a Watch List?
Customers can add "Out of Stock" item(s) to this list to "watch" for when they become available to order. Please note: This page is not intended for use as a backordering system.
What happens if I order an ORM-D product?
ORM-D products may not be shipped Air or International.
Is there a fee to use a Credit Card?
Yes, there is a convenience fee of 2% if you choose credit card as your method of payment.

How do I cancel my order?
Important: You must CALL or Email us to cancel your order.
I am Unable to Enter a Quantity, Why?
If an item is Out of Stock, the Quantity field will be "gray", preventing you from adding it to the shopping cart. If you want to be alerted when the item comes back in stock, please add it to the Watch List. When it comes back in stock, its status will be reflected in your Watch List. Note: We do not automatically backorder any out of stock items.
What is a MAP Policy?

Can I View My Invoice History?
Yes, invoices can be viewed in the My Account section. You may view orders placed via the website.
Do we offer other shipping methods?
Yes, you may request your order be shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Please enter your request in the comments field during checkout.
Is there a Minimum Order?
Yes, there is $100.00 minimum order for the domestic (U.S.) orders, $500.00 per order minimum for International orders.
How long will my cart save?
